The importance of buyer personas and how you can use them in recruitment

As a recruiter, the key to selling your services is understanding your audience. If you spend some time thinking about it, you can probably come up with two or three different ‘personas’ that you can attribute most of your clientele to. If you can’t, well, this is the article for you!

So, first things first, what is a buyer persona? In short, a buyer persona is a fictional character that personifies your ideal customer(s). It sounds simple enough, but a lot can be gained from creating an imaginary client and anticipating their needs.
