Every time your consultants pick up the phone, meeting a prospect or candidate, send an email or post a Tweet they are representing your agency and often the very first interaction a client or candidate has with your agency is through your consultants.
So it’s important to get them to understand the role they play in driving the agency’s marketing and to engage with the process. The question is How?
