We’ve all heard the saying that your staff are your greatest asset and that people buy from people. And indeed while it may seem a tad clichéd to keep banging the same drum, these things actually are true.

Every time your consultants pick up the phone, meeting a prospect or candidate, send an email or post a Tweet they are representing your agency and often the very first interaction a client or candidate has with your agency is through your consultants.

So it’s important to get them to understand the role they play in driving the agency’s marketing and to engage with the process. The question is How?
