But there is a reason that recruitment firms are starting up at a faster rate than ever before in the UK – our research suggests we will see the total exceed 10,000 new agencies by the end of the year, a record number. Using a small agency, whether it’s a few people in a local office or a single consultant who has decided to go it alone, has a plethora of benefits.
